It’s been said that ‘you are what you eat’ and the term is nothing short of reality!

Dermatologist and Dermato-surgeon at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Dr Rohit Batra, explains the importance of diet for your skin, “Food goes a long way when it comes to beauty. Consultant Dermatologist, Columbia Asia Hospital Mysore, Dr Ravi S explains the benefits of this wonder nut. “Almonds are a great source of protein and prevent hair fall. They also guard the skin from the sun’s damaging UV rays. The consumption of almonds in the right quantity and manner is essential primarily because of the brown coating often results in enzyme slowdown in the body.”
